Please note this form will submit a request for access to the Licensing Portal. Once submitted, your request will be placed in a queue where it will be processed in the order received. Please allow 5-7 business days for request processing.

Please submit a separate form for each user needing access to the portal. We do not support shared accounts.

Your Site ID can be found on your order documentation, your maintenance contract paperwork, or on any of your existing keys. If left blank, someone will contact you to assist in gathering this information.




Access to sensitive data, e.g. decrypted user and machine names, is subject to an agreement. You will need to submit a signed copy of the ISL Access Decryption Acknowledgement form, and once verified, access can be granted. A copy of the agreement form can be found on Smart® Community

  3. Accept legal notice
  4. Select "Technical Notes and Whitepapers"
  5. Expand "Intergraph Smart Licensing (ISL) documents"
  6. Select "ISL Access Decryption Acknowledgement Form"
  7. Sign and upload
You may upload the acknowledgement form at this time. Otherwise, you may return to this form at a later date and choose the "Customer access to sensitive data..." option.
