Access to sensitive data, e.g. decrypted user and machine names, is subject to an agreement. You will be contacted by the Global Order Desk with a copy of this form to complete and return. Only once a completed and signed ISL Access Decryption Acknowledgement form is returned and verified can access can be granted. A copy of the agreement form can be found on Smart® Community
